The Reservation forms will open January 15th at 5:00pm and will automatically close once all equipment available for reservation have been claimed.
You must fill out BOTH the laptop and hotspot forms if you want both.
UPDATE: ALL LAPTOPS AND HOTSPOTS AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE RESERVATION HAVE BEEN CLAIMED AS OF 5:10PM.

Terms and Conditions:
- Entry to the online reservation does not guarantee a laptop and/or hotspot, submissions are on a first come first served basis and student will be notified by student OCCC email if reservation is confirmed.
- The online reservation form will close after all the available reservation laptops and hotspots are claimed.
- Students must be enrolled in the term for which the online reservation is active. Laptops and/or hotspots will not be reserved for students not currently enrolled.
- Students with overdue equipment still checked-out from a previous term cannot be added to the list until their account is cleared.
- Students will start being able to pick up reserved laptop and/or hotspot on the first day of classes on Tuesday, January 21st, and will have until close on Thursday, January 23rd, to pick up the laptop and/or hotspot after receiving the confirmation email.
- If not picked up by close on Thursday, January 23rd, the laptop and/or hotspot will go back to a first come, first served basis or become available for the laptop and/or hotspot waitlist.
- If you missed the online reservation form window, there will be a very small amount of equipment that will be held back for first come first served on the first day of classes on Tuesday, January 21st starting at 7:30am for check-out.
