Evidence-Based Practice Library Help Guide

Your best place to start searching for articles that use EBP is EBSCOHost. Use the steps or slides below to get started. 

1. From your browser, go to the library's website, https://www.occc.edu/library.
2. Select the Articles tab from the "Start Your Search" box.
3. Click on the EBSCOHost Database link
4. From the "Choose Database," check the following
   1. CINHAL 
   2. Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition
   3. MEDLINE
5. Enter your search terms into the search bars.
6. Review the Abstract or Title for more information or use the specfic methodology as a search term or keyword.
